Hard Rock Cafe Melaka akan menyediakan perkhidmatan terbaik termasuk hidangan makanan klasik Amerika Syarikat dan tempatan serta persembahan secara langsung oleh kumpulan pemuzik tempatan atau luar negara.

Restoran ini dijangka mampu menarik kira-kira 30,000 hingga 40,000 pengunjung setiap bulan, waktu operasi dibuka setiap hari bermula jam 10.30 pagi hingga1 pagi

Pengurus Besar Hard Rock Cafe Melaka (HRC Melaka), Anderson Kandiah berkata, Hard Rock Cafe Melaka adalah ketiga di Malaysia selepas Kuala Lumpur dan Pulau Pinang.

“Kini kami mempunyai 115 staf dan 105 daripadanya adalah anak-anak Melaka dan kami beroperasi dari jam 10.30 pagi hingga 1 pagi dari Isnin hingga Ahad.

“Mulai hari ini kami juga mengetengahkan band tempatan dan mungkin akan membawa masuk ‘Band 1927’ dari Australia untuk membuat persembahan di sini tidak lama lagi”.
Hard Rock Cafe Melaka (HRC Melaka) juga dihiasi dengan pelbagai pancaran lampu LED yang cukup canggih dan istimewa selain marble meja makannya yang diimport dari Sepanyol dan juga Shop Rock.

Selain itu, Hard Rock Cafe Melaka (HRC Melaka) juga dihiasi dengan pelbagai koleksi memori dari artis-artis rock legenda dunia seperti gitar Fender Telecaster yang digunakan dan ditandatangani oleh lagenda Bruce Springsteen pada 90-an dan deram Ludwig dari Alex Van Halen yang beliau gunakan ketika persembahan jelajah dunia pada 2004.

Hard Rock Cafe Opens in Charming Melaka
